“Innovative Fishing Line by Atmospheric Pressure Plasma”
SUNLI NE is a manufacturer of fishing line established in 1977. Japan's fishing, believed to have begun in BC, is widely-known today with development of its culture and tools. Currently, the properties required for fishing lines are quite diverse. On the other hand, there have been few major advances in manufacturing technology of fishing lines. Characteristics of fishing lines of different brands have become similar and the market competition has become intensive. Therefore, we developed an innovative manufacturing technology by “Atmospheric Pressure Low Temperature Plasma”, and succeeded in inputting customized characteristics to fishing lines.

当社は1977年創業の釣糸メーカーである。紀元前に始まったとされる日本の釣りは、文化・道具の発展を伴いながら、今日も広く親しまれている。現在、釣糸に要求される特性は実に多様化している。一方、釣糸の製造技術に大きな進化は無く、釣糸の特性は横並びになり、市場が飽和している。そこで当社は、大気圧低温プラズマを用いた革新的な製造技術を確立し、釣糸にカスタムメードの特性を付与することに成功した。
